    Curant Health, the leader in patient-centric chronic disease management via specialty pharmacy is searching for an Pharmacy Technicain - Onboarding Coordinator to join its team in Smyrna, GA. We are committed to improving patient health outcomes by offering a pharmacist-managed medication care program, comprehensive therapeutic monitoring and dependable home delivery of prescription drugs.

    This position is primarily responsible for assisting in the Enrollment and Intake department with data entry, answering and forwarding calls. This position will also provide back up support to the PES in speaking with referrals, Rx Coordinator with refills, CS&P with reporting, and to the Director of Patient Onboarding.


    • Pharmacy Technician 
    • Performs Data Entry of new patient demographics
    • Assists Rx Coordinators in keeping Pending Queue up to date and organized
    • Assists Patient Enrollment Specialist (PES) in speaking with referrals of vertical markets to discuss benefits of Curant Health patient fulfillment model and Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services to potential patients for eventual enrollment. 
    • Assists Intake Coordinators with the Request Queue and completing data entry
    • Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.
    • Assists in maintaining documents of number of referrals, enrollees, patients, and actual ship date of first shipment
    • Assist Commerical Strategy & Performance (CS&P) & sales team members with reporting.
    • Retrieves faxes and routes incoming faxes.
    • Performs other intake/enrollment duties assigned by Director of Patient Onboarding to maintain patient accounts
    • General administrative support as assigned by manager.
    • Provide backup support to team members as needed, phone support as needed.


    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 
    • Six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Must be a Registered and/or Certified Pharmacy Technician in the state of Georgia
