    Curant Health is searching for a Client Strategy Specialist to join its team.  This position is a remote position that will cover several states including AZ and NM. 

     

    As the Client Strategy Specialist, we will look to you to be a strategic partner and patient advocate who manages the growth and expansion of new and existing account relationships.

    Responsibilities

    With your passion to help patients and your drive to make an impact on those you touch, you will lead a business unit to drive operational results and deliver world class customer service. Your experience, positive attitude and your drive to deliver results will help navigate the excitement of a fast-growing company and all the fun and excitement that comes with it. We have listed a few of your responsibilities below:

     

    • Develop partnership opportunities to create action specific to each account, e.g., clinical performance data shares, 340B compliance reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, marketing plans, client fundraising events, consumer meetings, etc.
    • Use Salesforce to document account and update contacts including all emails, meetings, visits, telephone and conference calls, etc.
    • Develop, maintain and leverage effective and professional inter-office relationships with Curant Health Operations teams
    • Diagnoses issues in underperforming accounts and develops and implements client engagement action plans to improve performance.
    • Effectively present & explain program financial overview and results with client.
    • Ability to travel 75%

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Sales, Marketing, Nursing, Pharmacy or related field required
    • Minimum of two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
    • Impeccable organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
