    Curant Health is searching for a Business Support Specialist (BSS) to join its team in St. Petersburg, FL. The Business Support Specialist (BSS) is a supportive partner and patient advocate who manages the patient journey in coordination with the CPOC and Curant Health Operations. The BSS creates and/ or delivers applicable reporting and communications internally and externally.

    Responsibilities

We have listed a few of your responsibilities below:

    • Actively expands and grows assigned account relationships for various Clients, Clinics, Federal Grantees and Sub-Grantees, State Health Agencies, Community Health Centers, University and Children’s Hospitals, and Payors, etc. 
    • Coordinate, support implementation, and monitor a strategic and tactical business plan for each assigned account with the CPOC.
    • Identify and implement client communication reporting needs. Compile customized ad hoc reports as needed.
    • Compile Monthly Summary Reports for accounts, and effectively communicate information to account contacts
    • Establish drug wholesaler account relationships with suppliers. 
    • Communicates with clients as necessary for customer support in coordination with CPOC.
    • Provide guidance to the PCC’s and Intake departments to effectively navigate patient retention and new patient shipments by accurately performing daily, weekly and monthly scheduled tasks to assist in the efficient handling of the patient journey.
    • Support PCCs by running daily prescription fill reports to analyze operational accuracy and efficiency as needed.
    • Review weekly shipped reports and investigate any pending patients that have not shipped with the PCCs and/or Intake Coordinators in order to fulfill patient’s shipment.
    • Uses Salesforce to document account and update contacts including all emails, meetings, visits, telephone and conference calls, etc. Log in and update account activity weekly at minimum.
    • Provide support to the accounting department by investigating inventory variances and documenting corrective actions for 340B Clients.
    • General administrative support as assigned by manager. Provide backup support to team members as needed

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • 2 years of related experience
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
    • Impeccable organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
