    Curant Health is searching for a Helpdesk Administrator to join its team in Smyrna, GA

    We have listed a few of your responsibilities below:



    • Responsible for designing, organizing, modifying, and supporting the computer and network infrastructure.
    • Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs.
    • Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible security breach.
    • Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up
    • Identify, diagnose, and resolve recurring and incidental support issues for end users. PC’s, phones, software, hardware, and connectivity (network/Internet)
    • Respond to technical support questions and issues from employees entering internal Helpdesk tickets promptly
    • Develop comprehensive project plan, which includes scope, timelines and implementation plan
    • Responsible for Patch Management
    • Repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies
    • Create detail technical documentation for admin and user to be used for training and reference
    • Creates proactive monitoring services to capture and report availability and performance characteristics
    • Plays key roles in ensuring that employees stay abreast of technology changes that are made to support our business needs. Educating company employees about computer and network security
    • Research new technologies that could assist Curant Health in reducing costs and improve productivity as requested


    • Minimum of 3 years of server/network infrastructure and network security support
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology preferred. Candidates with degrees in other fields must have significant compensating experience.
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Must have a passion for providing excellent customer support to all types of customers as well as impeccable verbal and written communication skills
    • Must possess organizational proficiencies to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
    • Must be highly motivated, self-starting, and committed to achieving results and have a strong sense of ownership and follow-through to resolution
    • Must have strong problem-solving skills and be able to come up with creative and flexible solutions
    • Ability to describe technical information in easy-to-understand terms
