    Curant Health is searching for a Patient Care Coordinator Supervisor to join its team in St. Petersburg, FL.

     

    As the Patient Care Coordinator Supervisor, we will look to you to manage the Patient Care Coordinators. This position supervises, plans, coordinates, and directs staff performances of administrative and clerical duties in support of clinical pharmacy services.

We have listed a few of your responsibilities below:

     

    • Plans, organizes, directs and controls activities of the Patient Care Coordinators
    • Monitors the Patient Care Coordinators workload and department coverage.
    • Monitors quality in the department and coordinates with Patient Care Coordinator’s on quality initiatives and expectations.
    • Resolves patient inquiries, complaints or concerns regarding their accounts or interactions with the staff.
    • Runs necessary reports for the department to complete their daily audit responsibilities
    • Creates clearly defined expectations, procedures, goals and incentives for each individual within the department
    • Provides training and ongoing support to new and existing PCC staff.

     

    Qualifications

    • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
    • At least 2 years of experience in a pharmacy environment.
    • Two years of PCC or Lead PCC experience preferred.
    • Management or supervisory experience preferred.
    • Registration and/or Certification as a Pharmacy Technician in the state of Florida preferred
    • Pharmacy software experience is preferred
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
