Curant Health is searching for a Patient Retention Manager to join its team in Smyrna, GA

Responsibilities

With your passion to help patients and your drive to make an impact on those you touch, you will lead a business unit to drive operational results and deliver world class customer service. Your experience, positive attitude and your drive to deliver results will help navigate the excitement of a fast-growing company and all the fun and excitement that comes with it.
We have listed a few of your responsibilities below:

  • Build and manage a high-performance team to provide world class customer service to our patients.
  • Resolve escalated issues timely and efficiently. This includes solving for gaps in our processes and developing training materials to prevent opportunities.
  • Work to improve, enhance, and perfect our patient experience model and customer journey.
  • Cross collaborate with other business units to ensure operational efficiency and operational excellence.
  • Drive a positive culture of accountability, quality, and high performance within the business unit.
  • Drive understanding and teamwork within the business unit and organization
  • Organize, prepare and lead regular meetings, and provide updates to senior leadership.
  • Manage the lifecycle of a patient from onboarding to patient retention.
  • Continually enhance our personal and professional training and development materials
  • Build positive business relationships with our clients and our patients.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead training and develop a team including understanding the importance of KPIs and results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field plus 5 years management or supervisory experience in a healthcare company.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Proficient use if Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Familiar with a variety of the healthcare field’s concepts, practices and procedures
  • Strong analytical skills, both written and in person, as well as the ability to read charts and make data driven decisions
  • Demonstrated team level leadership in a supervisory or management role
  • Contact center experience preferred
