Curant Health is searching for a Marketing Coordinator to join its team in Smyrna, GA. This position is primarily responsible for assisting the Marketing Director with a broad range of marketing activities, including developing and implementing marketing campaigns; tracking marketing data; maintaining promotional materials inventory; planning meetings and trade shows; maintaining databases; preparing reports; maintaining social media presence.

Responsibilities

  • Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars.
  • Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with outside graphics company; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
  • Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists.
  • Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications.
  • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Assist with creating compelling content that will be shared by influencers.
  • Assist our Director of Marketing in building and presenting social media strategy.
  • Assist in creating a long term social media plan and marketing calendar.
  • Assist with customizing and then disseminating press releases
  • Assist in coordinating various marketing methods including, direct mail, print ads, networking, internet, social media, and develop new methods of marketing.
  • General administrative support as assigned by manager. Provide backup support to team members as needed, including phone support.

Qualifications

  • Requires a Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably in Public Relations and/or Marketing).
  • A minimum of 1-year experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and follow- up skills
  • Proactive problem prevention and issue resolution leadership ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
