Curant Health is searching for a Project Coordinator to join its team in Smyrna, GA. This position is primarily responsible for organizing all account launch activities in cooperation with, and under the direction of the Implementation Project Manager (IPM), aiming at flawless execution of all projects and accounts.

Responsibilities

 

  • Work with IPM (Implementation Project Manager) to coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information across all launches
  •  Help prepare timelines & project plans for specified projects or accounts
  • Enter new accounts into Master Account Tracker (MAT)
  • Run Weekly Implementation Report from SharePoint site to highlight ‘at-risk’ accounts for follow-up actions
  • Assist IPM (Implementation Project Manger) with Meeting Agendas and Minutes creation, as assigned
  • Create account documents (Enrollment Form, Partnership Agreement, Etc) as assigned
  • Report and escalate process issues to management, as discovered
  • Create standard folder structure for Shared Drives and file all project and accounts documentation using the standardized filing structure for each project and account
  • Liaise with commercial and operations teams on process issues highlighted for investigation
  • Update Partnership Agreement with post launch changes
  • Update Enrollment Forms post-launch, as required
  • Work with Sales Support Specialist (SSS) to facilitate Weekly Comm-Ops (Commercial-Operations) meeting, serving as backup to SSS for Weekly Comm Ops Meeting facilitation
  • Schedule internal launch meetings for applicable “A” level accounts

 

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of project coordination experience, preferably related to the healthcare industry
  • Previous experience in cooperating with project managers for the delivery of projects
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and of Project Management tools
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint preferred
  • BS/BA in a related field
  • PMP OR CAPM certification is a plus
